At Outdoor Oasis Design & Build we believe your outdoor living space should be an extension of your home. Whether you like to entertain a ton of people on your patio while grilling and watching the big game or you would rather chill with your family around the fire pit, an outdoor living space helps bring those you love together.
Outdoor living can mean a lot of things to a lot of people, but to us it simply means an outdoor space where friends and family can gather and enjoy quality time together. Quality time looks different for just about everybody, so like we said above, whether you just want a simple patio with a fire pit or an extravagant Outdoor Oasis with a patio, seat walls, an outdoor kitchen, a fire pit, and even a pergola or pavilion we can make those dreams come true!

All the spaces you have ever enjoyed or fallen in love with have one thing in common: great design. Your own backyard should be no different; which is why all Outdoor Oasis projects begin with high quality design. Our process begins with meeting you at your home and getting a feel for what it is you enjoy doing and how you would utilize your space. Once we have an understanding of how you’ll use your outdoor living space we will take measurements, read elevations, ask any more questions so we are all on the same page and then we will rough out a couple different design options.
We typically turn the initial design around in 7-10 days since they are often more of a concept than a final, detailed design. Once we have the concept nailed down we begin to turn your patio dreams into reality with our 2D/3D design software. As you’ll see on our Patio Installation page, we are Toledo’s only Techo-Bloc Pro contractor and our design software has partnered with Techo-Bloc so you will be able to see almost exactly what your patio, kitchen, fire pit, and outdoor living space will like before we even begin the construction process. Usually we are able to turn conceptual designs into final 3D designs in 2-4 weeks depending on volume of designs we are working on and the complexity of the project you have. Once we are finished with the design process and have a contract signed the really fun stuff can start!

The Outdoor Living Installation Process
The installation process begins with extensive planning between our designer and our project manager. With a good design in hand the project manager will coordinate all equipment and material needed to begin the installation of your patio or outdoor living space. Once the plan is in place, the designer will communicate the overall process with you and then hand over the day to day to the project manager!
For projects lasting longer than 2 weeks the project manager will meet with you once per week on whatever day is convenient to give you updates and keep you informed! If there are any big change orders that need to happen the PM will inform the designer so that they can be resolved as soon as possible.
Since no two projects are the same there isn’t a cookie cutter formula for installing your outdoor living space but as long as the design and master plan are rock solid and all parties on the same page throughout the installation your outdoor dreams will come true faster than you could possibly imagine!
